Moonlight Paddles

Experience the thrill of kayaking at night during Ecology Outfitters' annual moonlight paddles. The group will set off down the Pigeon River at sunset, taking in the unique sights and sound of the river at night. As they reach the inlet of Lake Michigan, they'll watch the moon raise over the lake, creating a truly magical moment. After taking in the views, the group will paddle back under the stars and full moon to the launch, enjoying the peacefulness of the night and the stunning starry sky.
Cost: $35 per person. Includes (Kayak, gear, PFD & white light)
Cost: $10 participation. If you have you own kayak and gear.
Time: Arrive 20 min before start time
Deadline: Registration by September 16th, NOON
Single white light with a 360º beam is needed for this paddle either attach to your boat or a headlamp on you if you are using your own kayak.
Details: Upon arrival, thrill -seekers! We've got you covered with a kayak, gear and some fancy white light. If you're a seasoned pro and have your own gear, make sure it's ready to rock'n'roll before you hit the water. No need to be a superhero - just wear your PFD and bring a white light so we can see you smiling. Let's get this kayaking party started with a splash (but not too much of a splash, please)
